Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Product accuracy

Handloom sarees carry natural variation in weave, colour and zari finish — screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product. This is a feature of handwoven fabric, not a defect.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification on our servers.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed for shipping. Once packed or shipped, our returns policy applies instead.

Limitation of liability

Pallu Politics is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
