Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with original tags.
• Blouse pieces must be uncut and unstitched to qualify.
• One-of-a-kind pieces (marked "One of a Kind") are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Sale and clearance items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

How to start a return

Go to My Orders, select the order, and reach out to us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share a self-ship address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll prioritise a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
